When you submit our contact form, your message is sent through a secure Amazon Web Services (AWS) API hosted in Canada (the ca-central-1 region) and delivered to us by email, with AWS processing that data solely to transmit your message. We keep only what you send, and only as long as we need it to answer your enquiry.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics cookies or tracking software. Any cookies set are strictly functional, for example remembering a display preference. You can control or disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. If we add analytics in the future, we’ll update this policy first.

Third-party services

Aside from the AWS API that transmits contact-form messages (described above), this website does not load resources from third-party services. Fonts and images are served from our own domain. If we add another third-party service in the future, we’ll update this policy to disclose it.

Your rights under PIPEDA

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:

  • Access your information: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct your information: ask us to update or correct anything inaccurate.
  • Withdraw consent: withdraw your consent for us to collect, use, or disclose your personal information, subject to legal or contractual limits.
  • File a complaint: if you believe we’ve mishandled your information, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Contact form submissions are kept for up to 12 months to handle your enquiry, then securely deleted.
